K-Youth is a youth employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad that aims to develop Malaysia’s future talents. This programme is designed to equip youth with relevant skills to enhance their employability in the evolving job market.
K-Youth reflects our commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship as part of our Malaysia strategy anchored on “A Nation that Creates” framework of capacity and community development. This is aligned with our Advancing Malaysia long-term strategy and the Malaysia MADANI aspirations, which meaningfully contributes to the country's economic growth.

1 Month Skills Training + 4 Months On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Paid On-the-Job Training & Employment Opportunities

Are You Eligible?
Malaysian citizen, aged 18 to 30 years old

Diploma or Degree holder (CGPA above 2.8)

Able to commit full-time for four (4) months

Currently unemployed and seeking full-time employment opportunities

Have access to a laptop and minimal Wi-Fi configuration

Have not participated in a similar programme before
